First of all let me say again how great it was to see so many people at the Greenleaves Fall festival. It was amazingly successful. Several people mentioned that we could do things like this without corporate sponsorship, simply by pitching in. I have to agree. If throwing things together in two weeks can produce such a fun event, imagine what we can do with weeks of planning. You may have noticed that our newsletter was delivered a little differently this time. Instead of an image in your email it was a link to www.greenleavesneighborhood.com. I thought as long as we have a newsletter we should do it right and create a website for it. So we now own GreenleavesNeighborhood.com. Buying that name cost $12, well worth it I think. The hosting on Google is free. Right now the only thing on the website it is this newsletter addition. In the next few weeks I'll add a few more features, links, maybe a calendar. If anyone would like to help let me know. In other news, I learned last week that ATT now has fiber in our neighborhood, giving us an option other than Spectrum for high speed Internet. While I think Spectrum will work better for me for now, I think having a choice is a good thing.
